Nectar 0.3

I've decided to add an energy bar representing how much nectar you drone is carrying. This means you can see if you are fully recharged, how much fire power you have and how much you are going to pass into the bottle.

Also I now have a better tool for making the TAP files. TZX will hopefully follow soon.
